The ISBHF is very proud of its World Championship properties. The lifetime effect they make on our players, coaches, support staff and referees.
They are a important part of who we are as a federation.
The greatest and best International association there is right here in the ISBHF.
The level of skill, athleticism and inner competition between our ISBHF member nations is evident in the history of these events that have spanned Europe, Asia, North America and the Caribbean.
The pedigree and vast history of excellence is something all ISBHF players, coaches and referees understand. If you want to be the best in the World in ball hockey, and to be recognized truly as the best.
Here at these ISBHF events is where you find that challenge, and that answer.

In memoriam - John Forrest

In memoriam - John Forrest

24.08.2016 l CBHA

The CBHA would like to pay tribute to Mr. John Forrest, our first CBHA president (1977-79), who passed away earlier this summer.
After regrouping with two other league owners in Ontario, he formed the first provincial ball hockey association in the country. Three years later, in 1977, he was already founding the Canadian Ball Hockey Association with the help of Al Tomalty and Ken White.

A Sheffield ice rink swapped pucks for balls when it hosted an international sporting event for hundreds of competitors from all over the world.
iceSheffield’s Olympic-standard competition pad was replaced by dry, hard flooring for the International Street and Ball Hockey Federation (ISBHF) 2016 World Junior Championships.
Eighteen teams and 600 players and coaches took part in the tournament held over seven days at iceSheffield, which is operated by SIV, bringing more than £750,000 to the local economy.
