The ISBHF and Czech Ball Hockey Federation are excited to announce that Czechia will host the 2025 ISBHF World Junior Championships in U16 & U23 Men’s category.
The World Junior Championships will take place on June 25–29 at ČPP Arena in Hradec Králové, Czechia. The arena is located in the City Centre and is home to Mountfield HK, a local hockey club playing in the Czech top flight. Opened in 1957, ČPP Arena has a capacity up to 6,890 spectators.
Hradec Králové is not an unfamiliar place for the Czech ball hockey community; the HBC Hradec Králové 1988 ball hockey club, which competes at the highest level, is based near the main arena. In the past season, the club finished in 11th place and managed to stay in the CROSSDOCK Extraliga hokejbalu after winning the play-down.
Following the success of the World Junior Championships in Liberec, which was the biggest Junior tournament held in the ISBHF history, Czechia will be one of the hosts once again after just two years.
