We are delighted to announce that the International Street & Ball Hockey Federation (ISBHF) and Knapper have agreed to a partnership effective until 2023, with the option to extend.
Knapper®, a Canadian premium ball hockey equipment brand, becomes the Official Ball Partner and Official Equipment Partner of the ISBHF.
All ISBHF World Championships will be played with the Canadian-made Knapper® balls ensuring the best-in-class ball is used in events of the world’s highest standard. Knapper will also establish and operate an ISBHF web shop and stalls at ISBHF World Championships.
Knapper also becomes the Official ISBHF Development Partner. Through this partnership, the ISBHF will be able to supply equipment starter kits to new and developing nations, promoting and growing the game globally.
“We are really excited about this partnership. Just like the ISBHF, we are dedicated to the sport and want to help bring it to new heights,” declared Louis-Martin Beauséjour, President of Knapper.
“We are very proud to have a passionate and historical ball hockey company like Knapper become our sponsor and partner in growing the game. We look forward to working with Knapper, having the Knapper® ball used in our World Championships going forward and assisting new nations with starter kits, attracting new players and giving them a kick start. I am very excited about this partnership – to have Knapper by the side of the ISBHF family and its excellent equipment is a key for the sports future,” ISBHF President George Gortsos commented.
